This role acts as nominated deputy to BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead, EMEA. Responsible for leading the BI install calendar and project-managing all BI operations and key initiatives such as NSO, refurbishments, in-store pop-ups, and product launches.
Operations Management

This role acts as nominated deputy to BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead, EMEA. Responsible for leading the BI install calendar and project-managing all BI operations and key initiatives such as NSO, refurbishments, in-store pop-ups, and product launches.
Operations Management
- Help BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead, EMEA manage BI operations for multiple deliverables across regions simultaneously. Administer resources, deadlines and goals, check progress regularly to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage BI RLS EMEA install calendar, regularly partnering with BI Regional leads to ensure install dates are updated and aligned with the latest delivery changes.
- Hold monthly finance meeting with the Regional BI leads to review forecast updates, check progress of all creative budgets and flag any budget needs or constrains.
- Create weekly RLS newsletter and other informative documents to give BI Regional Teams and main counterparts more visibility over BI’s key initiatives and projects across EMEA.
- Take responsibility for staying up to date with product delivery/install dates, regional budgets, new marketing events/initiatives and key EMEA projects across creative channels.
- Help compile images and regional information for BI decks to share with the business.
- Work closely with the Head of BI, EMEA and the BI Creative Strategy & Operations Lead in the conceptualization of key BI initiatives such as NSO, refurbishments, in-store pop-ups and product launches.
- Compile a creative brief and manage a “to-do” list per project. Partner with key business counterparts, stores and Regional BI teams to align on needs, budgets and timelines.
- Manage the procurement and compilation of creative and aesthetic elements for each project.
- Research, identify and utilize multiple vendors and resources for props, decorative elements and set building.
- Partner with BI Regional Leads to collate NSO/refurbishments creative needs, updating Store Development’s Budget Sheet accordingly.
- During project installations, manage schedule and coordinate the different vendors/counterparts to ensure efficient use of time/resources and minimum store disruption during trading hours.
- Partner with BI Regional Leads to ensure interiors are updated to support and reinforce project needs: repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative product for interior presentations.
- Visual presentation and operational experience, in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skill-set which enables managing and engaging the team. Ability to influence people.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with supervisors, direct reports and peers.
- Excellent project/budgetary skills.
- General computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
- Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail store hours (i.e., evenings after 9 PM and weekends).
- Passion, strong understanding and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand and its aesthetic.
