- Raise fraud awareness among our colleagues and customers
- Identify and investigate fraud trends seen through reported fraud cases
- Investigate and prevent non plastic fraud
- Identify high risk activity from fraud alerts to protect our FANS
- Work with peers and contacts at other banking organisations to maximize the potential for recovery of funds
- Effectively challenge customer fraud claims if and when required
- Work with the Metro Bank University team to improve our fraud training content
What You Will Need
- General awareness of fraud and how it can adversely affect both the Bank and our customers
- Great attention to detail with an analytical approach to working
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as work as part of a busy team
- Strong telephony communication and customer service skills
- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
