What You Will Do

  • Raise fraud awareness among our colleagues and customers
  • Identify and investigate fraud trends seen through reported fraud cases
  • Investigate and prevent non plastic fraud
  • Identify high risk activity from fraud alerts to protect our FANS
  • Work with peers and contacts at other banking organisations to maximize the potential for recovery of funds
  • Effectively challenge customer fraud claims if and when required
  • Work with the Metro Bank University team to improve our fraud training content

What You Will Need

  • General awareness of fraud and how it can adversely affect both the Bank and our customers
  • Great attention to detail with an analytical approach to working
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as work as part of a busy team
  • Strong telephony communication and customer service skills
  • Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
