Description
As their Chief Revenue Officer, responsibilities will include:
- Devise and and implement strategic plans to grow the company's revenue through both new business acquisition and customer growth
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators for revenue generation
- Develop relationships with potential clients and partners in the Manufacturing sector
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Provide leadership to the sales and marketing teams
- Oversee customer success initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention
- Play a key role in the hiring and development of resources in high growth areas
- Development of people through value based selling techniques
- Working with Marketing to ensure plans support growth plans
- Oversee revenue operations, ensuring all processes are operating efficiently
- Collaborate with the SLT team to enhance overall business strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Profile
As the successful Chief Revenue Officer, you must have:
- Indepth knowledge of selling technology solutions into the US, UK and European manufacturing sectors
- The ability to demonstrate how you have scaled a similar SME technology business
- Experience working in a high growth SME SAAS business that has sold into the Manufacturing sector
- Proven experience in a similar role for an internationally focused SME software/SAAS business
- A background in successfully creating and executing a commercial strategy plan that has resulted in YOY growth
- Experience of direct ownership across sales, account management, customer success and marketing globally
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to travel internationally, working remotely in UK, Europe or East Coast US
