As a Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising
multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and
customer engagement. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will ensure effective alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives, delivering tangible results that contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, deliver, and monitor high-impact campaigns across a variety of channels and content types, including digital, email, webinars, and social media. Your focus will be to engage, educate, and convert prospects.
- Channel Activation: Activate and optimise key channels to enhance our brand presence, increase traffic, and generate leads.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide essential marketing tools, such as sales decks, one-pagers, and customer success stories, ensuring that they are equipped to convert leads into opportunities effectively.
- Marketing Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and lead conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and optimise performance for continuous improvement.
- Lead Management: Collaborate closely with the SDR and Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads, tracking and improving lead conversion rates from marketing-qualified leads to sales-qualified opportunities.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a campaign management role, ideally within a tech start-up or scale-up environment.
- Strong track record in developing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, website, third-party partnerships, etc.).
- Experience with content marketing strategies, including webinars, guides, and case studies, to engage target audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimised campaign results.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software (Hubspot experience is a plus).
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve joint goals.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organised, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
