Job Description
You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and clients alike, anticipating their needs and aligning service delivery with the cultural identity of the bank.As a visible leader, you will inspire your team to consistently exceed expectations, while also bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance the customer journey.Acting as a key ambassador for our client and the facilities team, you’ll play a crucial role in elevating the workplace experience and representing the very best of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front of house team, ensuring exceptional visitor experience
- Handle team recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing performance management
- Oversee room bookings and ensure all are processed efficiently and accurately
- Act as a point of escalation for client and visitor queries or complaints
- Review and implement best practice procedures to enhance service delivery
- Ensure team meets high customer service standards and professional expectations
- Manage FOH rota and plan adequate staffing cover based on business needs
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a small team
- Confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong front of house experience in a professional setting
- Exceptional customer service delivery
- Ability to lead by example and support team development
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing role
