Business Development Manager – Temporary Site Electrics Location: London (with travel as required) Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission Full-Time | Permanent

The Role:As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with our operations and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the construction sector.

Leverage existing relationships and build new connections within Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors.

Develop tailored proposals and present service offerings to prospective clients.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.

Track sales metrics, report on pipeline activity, and meet/exceed growth targets.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven business development or sales experience in the construction supply chain.

Knowledge of temporary electrics or broader electrical systems is highly desirable.

Strong existing contacts within Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction contractors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
