Quantity Surveyor – Residential & Commercial D&B Uxbridge, Greater London Full-Time | Permanent Competitive Salary + Benefits

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the lead on diverse and exciting Design & Build projects? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic QS to join our growing team in Uxbridge, working across both residential and commercial developments.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the full spectrum of QS duties, from pre-construction budgeting to final accounts, ensuring the successful financial delivery of D&B projects. With a varied portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, this role offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company committed to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

• Cost planning and feasibility studies for residential and commercial builds

• Managing subcontractor procurement and valuations

• Monitoring project progress and controlling budgets

• Preparing interim and final valuations, and settling final accounts

• Ensuring project compliance with legal and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Strong track record delivering residential and commercial D&B projects

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Familiarity with UK construction contracts (JCT, D&B forms)

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field

• RICS accreditation (preferred but not essential)
