Bricklayer Supervisor Wanted – Immediate Start in West London

Description:We’re on the lookout for an experienced Bricklayer Supervisor to join a busy and well-established site in West London. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for the right candidate to step into a key role and make an immediate impact. Duties:

• Supervising a team of bricklayers and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Coordinating daily site activities and managing productivity on-site.
• Liaising with site management and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitoring health & safety compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
• Reporting on progress and resolving any site-related issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Blue CSCS Card (minimum)
• SSSTS Certification
• Proven experience leading bricklaying teams on busy construction sites.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to read drawings and understand site specifications.

Bonus if you can bring bricklayers with you – strong teams always welcome.
