When you join us, you will have
In this 12 month contract, you will be based in our London office as part of our office learning team. You will work closely with the local team to deliver core learning programmes as well as any additional programmes to address learning needs in the UK, Ireland and Israel Office (UKIIO).
Reporting into one of the regional Learning Managers, you will work closely with your counterparts in the broader Europe Learning team plus the wider learning community.
You will be responsible for delivering learning programmes in the UKIIO including but not limited to pre-planning, participant & faculty management, onsite/virtual delivery, budget management, post programme feedback & system updates. You will work with the broader UKIIO learning team and professional development to identify and address learning needs.
You may also be required to work on additional local/regional/global projects as the need arises and this may either be linked to a specific cohort or separate cross cutting projects.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in a people function or similar experience ideally in an international business administration environment
- Familiarity with core learning concepts/approaches
- Experience working within a global organization, interfacing effectively with people from all regions
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills; ability to direct multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Ability to lead/motivate colleagues in the absence of formal reporting relationships (e.g., subject matter experts, faculty); team player with a passion for learning and development
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills; tolerance for ambiguity
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively; ability to interact with leadership as a thought partner
- High energy, positive attitude and a bias towards action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
