The Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Producing full MEP and Public Health drawings using the latest AutoCAD and Revit software
• Managing uploads/downloads of STP files and drawing modifications
• Coordinating with site teams and other stakeholders
• Delivering accurate 3D drafting and technical documentation
• Working in a team that thrives on pace, precision, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record as a Building Services CAD Technician
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modelling
• Strong experience in MEP coordination
• Ability to hit the ground running with an immediate start
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent team collaboration skills
