Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts & Team Assistant to join our Auctions team.
This role will predominantly involve assisting an Associate Director, Samantha Winser, who manages our day-to-day accounts within the team, every property that we market and sell has several points in which it requires accounts attention, including payment of marketing fees prior auction, issuing deposit requests and managing incoming deposits in the client account, issuing invoices to vendors and their solicitors and dealing with completions and internal payments from the client account to auction account.
The role will also include assisting the wider team as and when required during peak times of different smaller cycles within the team.
