• Develop prototypes that explore the future of XR and AI interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, scientists, engineers, and product managers to bring concepts to life.
• Work with engineering, research, and design teams to test and iterate on prototypes.
• Stay current with advancements in machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
• Share research insights and best practices across teams.
• Clearly communicate prototyping decisions to stakeholders.
• Help establish prototyping processes and foster cross-functional alignment.
• Create documentation for knowledge sharing (e.g., guides, wikis, repositories).

• Experience with AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Unity and C#.
• Experience developing for Quest and familiarity with the Unity Oculus Integration SDK.
• Knowledge of networking and optimization for mobile/VR platforms.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with iterative development.
• Minimum 5 years in a prototyping role, with proven cross-functional collaboration.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML prototyping.
• Technical expertise in large language models, deep learning, and neural networks.
• Proficiency in C#, and familiarity with Python and shell scripting.
• Ability to build prototypes within short timeframes.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Broad engineering competence and experience in dynamic or startup environments.
• Adaptability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
