With five offices across the UK and a booming London portfolio, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on greater responsibility and work closely with experienced leaders in a growing practice.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a diverse portfolio of new build and refurbishment schemes across sectors including Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences - with project values ranging from £1m to £40m+.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full ownership of your own projects from inception to completion, providing both pre and post-contract services. You'll also support junior surveyors, playing a managing role while continuing to develop your own skills and experience within a team-orientated environment.

This is the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their consultancy career, with clear progression available to Associate level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Ideally MRICS or nearing chartership
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
• A team-oriented mindset and leadership potential
