About The Role — Software Engineer, Agentic AI
We are seeking a Software Engineer, Agentic AI to design and deploy intelligent interfaces that power autonomous decision-making systems for biologics development. You will be responsible for building end-user tools that transform complex scientific data into actionable insights, driving the design and engineering of proteins. This is a high-impact full stack role that combines front-end development, data integration, and visualization, turning AI advancements into intuitive, interactive applications for researchers and biotech partners. You will work closely with ML Engineers and domain experts to operationalize ML models, integrate data streams, and build interfaces that guide decision-making in real time.

About The Role — Software Engineer, Agentic AI
We are seeking a Software Engineer, Agentic AI to design and deploy intelligent interfaces that power autonomous decision-making systems for biologics development. You will be responsible for building end-user tools that transform complex scientific data into actionable insights, driving the design and engineering of proteins. This is a high-impact full stack role that combines front-end development, data integration, and visualization, turning AI advancements into intuitive, interactive applications for researchers and biotech partners. You will work closely with ML Engineers and domain experts to operationalize ML models, integrate data streams, and build interfaces that guide decision-making in real time.
Responsibilities
- Build Intelligent Interfaces: Develop data-driven tools that enable end users to interact with AI-driven outputs, guiding decision-making in molecular design.
- Operationalize Agentic Systems: Translate ML outputs into interactive interfaces, integrating scientific data, user inputs, and AI recommendations in an actionable format.
- Data Integration and Visualization: Implement systems to ingest, process, and visualize model outputs, ensuring complex data is accessible for end users.
- Full-Stack Development: Develop and deploy backend services using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, and front-end interfaces using React and JavaScript.
- User-Centric Design: Collaborate with product and scientific teams to design intuitive, responsive user experiences.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Next.js) and modern UI frameworks for building interactive, data-rich interfaces.
- Strong backend engineering skills with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and experience developing scalable microservices.
- Proven ability to connect complex data streams to front-end interfaces, particularly in scientific or biotech applications.
- Experience deploying ML model outputs in production using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows and cloud-native architectures (preferably on GCP).
- Strong familiarity with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, Pydantic or custom-built), or experience deploying multi-agent workflows.
- Deep interest in shaping user interfaces that empower scientists and technical experts through intuitive design and actionable AI.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, taking initiative and ownership from day one.
