We’re on the lookout for a Sales Manager who can connect with promising merchants, drive sales of our cutting-edge cross-border payment solutions, and help businesses thrive in the global marketplace.

Your Role At Xpate

This is more than just sales. You’ll be a trusted advisor, product expert, and strategic partner — transforming merchant relationships into long-term success stories and fueling xpate’s growth.

  • Identify and engage promising merchants: Scout opportunities across various verticals, build a robust pipeline, and open doors to new business.
  • Drive sales of card acquiring solutions: Use your outbound sales skills to promote and close deals on innovative payments products tailored for eCommerce merchants.
  • Serve as a product expert and consultant: Help new merchants navigate our platform’s capabilities and deliver expert advice to meet their unique needs.
  • Craft persuasive presentations and proposals: Design compelling, customized pitches that resonate and convert.
  • Collaborate and share insights: Work closely with your team to exchange best practices, stay ahead of market trends, and sharpen xpate’s competitive edge.
  • Provide actionable feedback: Deliver valuable intelligence on local market trends, customer demands, competitor moves, and insights to influence sales, product, and marketing strategies.

  • You’ve got proven sales experience: over 3 years in fintech, with a strong plus if you’ve worked with acquiring and across verticals like crypto, gambling, or travel.
  • You’re a negotiation ace: You’ve successfully closed complex deals and driven net new business.
  • You thrive in complexity: You bring clarity to ambiguous situations and adapt quickly.
  • You’re self-driven and organized: Time management is your strength, and you always stay on top of your pipeline.
