This temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate of £16.19 - £17.66 PAYE, along with comprehensive training, excellent career development opportunities, and 21 days of annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays).Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing mould and damp cases within the council, ensuring accurate records and effective case progression from initiation to resolution.
• Providing technical expertise on d mould and damp cases and maintenance concerns.
• Offering guidance and support to Harrow residents, including those who may be vulnerable, facing challenges, or experiencing distress.
• Collaborating with colleagues across all levels

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the diverse communities in Harrow and the impact of repair services on residents.
• Proficiency in IT applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, with familiarity in repairs database systems such as Northgate.
• Solid knowledge of building repairs and the significance of cyclical maintenance.
• Awareness of repair challenges within a social housing context.
• A strong grasp of excellent customer service principles and their application in the role.
