Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans as part of a small team to target small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
- Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored IT solutions to their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record in sales.
- Demonstrable experience in selling outsourced IT services is highly desirable.
- An understanding of IT solutions, including helpdesk support, network management, cybersecurity, and strategic IT planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
