Job Title: Plumber's Mate / Water Operative Location: Hospital in Lambeth, London Rate: £145 per day Hours: 8 hours per day (1 hour unpaid break) Start: ASAP

We are currently seeking Plumber's Mates / Water Operatives to join a facilities team at a major hospital based in Lambeth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine checks on pipework and water systems to ensure proper operation
• Identify any faults or issues and report them to on-site plumbers for resolution
• Support the plumbing team in day-to-day maintenance and reactive tasks
• Follow hospital operational protocols and work under supervision as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working as a Plumber's Mate or in a similar role
• Comfortable working in a hospital or similar environment
• Proactive and able to communicate clearly with plumbers and supervisors
• Must hold a Basic DBS check, ideally CSCS card
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions in line with the hospital's operational needs
