The job also involves collaborating with external agencies, promoting Universal Credit take-up, supporting tenants transitioning to it, and providing training to team members. Additional tasks include attending court hearings, liaising with solicitors, monitoring rent account records, and managing complaints. The role requires proactive communication with residents and external teams, while adhering to company policies on equal opportunities, health and safety, and information management. Flexibility is expected, with hybrid working arrangements and the potential for occasional evening or weekend work.
