The Role

Join our vibrant Performance team in London as a Junior Performance Analyst. In this exciting role, you'll engage with the renewable energy sector by analyzing and reporting on the performance of our global portfolio. Your contributions will support informed decision-making and enhance the technical and commercial success of our assets. You'll manage analytics and reporting for a diverse range of assets, improve reporting processes through innovative in-house tool development (primarily in Python), and identify data-driven trends that inform our future strategies. Additionally, you'll provide valuable support to the wider business and address ad-hoc reporting requests, making a meaningful impact every day.

Desirable skills:

• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets to derive actionable insights
• Basic knowledge of Python and experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting with a flexible, "can-do" attitude
