Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Central London

Contract: Permanent, Static 4 on and 4 off (07:00 am : 07:00pm)

Salary: GBP50,000pa

My client is an established FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical maintenance engineer to join a team on a site in London. Main Duties Will Include

• Cooling Towers
• Chillers
• AHUs, FCUs
• Boilers
• Pressurization units
• Water Treatment
• Pipework
• Plumbing and Drainage Systems
• Hot and Cold Water Systems
• Monitoring the BMS
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Level 3 in a mechanical discipline i.e. NVQ or City and Guilds
  
  

Mechanical degrees are great too
