Job Overview
This is a 1 year maternity cover post working as part of the divisional governance team, supporting Jameson division with all elements of the governance agenda.
Main duties of the job
Principle duties include:
To act as a point of contact for routine quality governance matters; helping with and following up actions as requested.
To proactively work with services to support delivery of the Quality Governance agenda and embed learning, evidence based practice and improvement in care.
To build close working relationships with services and other stakeholders to facilitate a positive environment for improving the quality of services across the division.

The Jameson Quality Governance team supports services in Mental Health Services, Learning Disabilities and Perinatal Services.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Health / Social Sciences degree

- Previous quality improvement experience
- Previous experience of working within the NHS.
- Previous project management experience or equivalent
- Experience of change management and putting ideas into practice.
- Experience of team working
- Experience of delivering to deadlines
- Experience of writing reports and presenting data to diverse audiences.
- Experience of using statistical software packages, such as SPSS.
- Experience of designing databases.
- Experience of using questionnaire design packages
- Experience of developing and delivering training
- Experience of managing or supervising staff
