- Who we’re looking for: A Project Manager with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is confident managing technical projects and supporting multiple stakeholders
- The challenge: Working with our incredible Brand team and customers to ensure successful launches and expansion projects, as well as supporting the product development process
- Where you’ll work: This role will be based in London, you'll be part of our global team, collaborating with colleagues and serving customers across the UK, USA, Australia, South Africa, and beyond. Our hybrid approach offers flexibility with regular team connection in our London office as well as occasional travel to our Hove HQ

Day to day this role will
- End to end project management of all Brand projects including new launches, channel launches & expansion and territory expansions. You will be working with multiple teams internally and externally.
- Pre and post launch project support as we own managed products: managing new feature requests from brands, bugs & fixes - working closely with the product manager and the brands to scope requirements and coordinate delivery.
- Project manager for the brand suite of managed products - coordination of product delivery, managing our external suppliers, resource planning, cost tracking and risk management
- Developing detailed project plans to guide brands, staff members and project teams, revising based on changing needs and requirements.
- Proven Project Management experience (ideally with working knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies)
- Some experience managing technical projects
- The ability to hit the ground running and take on multiple projects at once
- Experience with client facing projects
- Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Monday.com, JIRA and other relevant applications

Compensation Range: £33.2K - £44.5K
