Location: LondonSalary: £42,000 to £55,000 (dependent on experience) + car allowance

Are you an experienced Architect with a passion for innovation in the Life Sciences sector? We are seeking a talented Senior / Principal Architect to join a dynamic team renowned for delivering high-quality, complex projects that drive scientific discovery and technological advancement.

Senior / Principal Architect Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects from concept to detailed design for laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to life science standards.
• Develop layouts for various laboratory classifications and environments, including clean rooms.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders, simplifying technical details for diverse audiences.
• Utilise Autodesk Revit 3D and AutoCAD 2D software to produce high-quality architectural designs.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Architects and Technicians to produce innovative solutions and technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines, costs and quality while ensuring commercial objectives are met.

Senior / Principal Architect Requirements:

• Registered Architect (RIBA/ARB) with demonstrable experience in the Life Sciences sector.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to detailed design for both laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Strong understanding of life science standards and facility classifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance (essential).
