Job Overview:
We're looking for a highly motivated and technically capable Product Manager – Affiliates to lead the design, development, and scaling of affiliate infrastructure integrated with Stripe's platform. This role will focus on enabling businesses to manage affiliate partnerships, automate referral tracking, and streamline commission payouts—all natively or via Stripe integrations.
The ideal candidate has deep product experience in performance marketing, payments, and SaaS ecosystems, and understands how affiliate ecosystems drive growth and revenue. You'll work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and compliance to build the tools that power global, high-volume affiliate operations.

Job Overview:

You'll work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and compliance to build the tools that power global, high-volume affiliate operations.
What Your Work Will Entail:
- Own and execute the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for affiliate and referral functionality integrated with Stripe.
- Design and launch features that enable businesses to track referrals, calculate commissions, issue payouts, and manage affiliate relationships at scale.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop seamless user experiences for both businesses and affiliates.
- Integrate with Stripe's core APIs (e.g., Connect, Payouts, Billing) to automate partner onboarding, earnings calculations, and real-time commission disbursement.
- Work cross-functionally with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with data privacy, tax, and partner disclosure requirements.
- Build analytics and reporting capabilities for affiliate campaign performance, fraud detection, and partner segmentation.
- Gather insights from customers, partners, and market research to continuously iterate on and improve the affiliate product offering.
- Partner with marketing and partner teams to launch scalable affiliate and referral program templates for Stripe users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on payments, affiliate marketing, or SaaS platforms.Proven experience building or scaling affiliate/referral products or marketplaces
- Experience with fraud prevention, tax withholding, and multi-party payment structures is a strong plus.
- Experience working with partner networks, marketplaces, or influencer platforms.
- Background in performance marketing or affiliate management.
- Experience in launching international products and navigating regulatory complexity.
- Familiarity with affiliate software (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Post Affiliate Pro, or similar tools).
- Equivalent practical experience in product management or affiliate technology is welcome.
- Product certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic) are a plus but not required.
- Strong technical fluency—comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and third-party integrations.
- Deep familiarity with Stripe's ecosystem, especially Stripe Connect, Payouts, and Billing products.
- Strong data and analytics mindset—able to define KPIs and translate insights into product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of working across time zones and cross-functional teams.
