The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor within the Talent Team, contributing to strategic hiring initiatives and shaping the future of our growing organisation.
Operating with autonomy, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of business functions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring experience. You’ll champion an inclusive and engaging candidate journey, aligning closely with our culture and values.
You’ll be:

Operating with autonomy, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of business functions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring experience. You’ll champion an inclusive and engaging candidate journey, aligning closely with our culture and values.
You’ll be:
- Driving strategic hiring efforts across multiple business areas, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide expert insights on market trends, talent strategies, and best practices that align hiring with business objectives.
- Creating compelling job descriptions and campaigns that attract a diverse range of candidates and communicate our mission effectively.
- Elevating the candidate experience by ensuring transparency, timely feedback, and a smooth hiring process.
- Championing inclusive hiring practices, fostering diverse talent pipelines, and implementing thoughtful sourcing and selection approaches.
- Building strong talent pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn, Otta, and other platforms, while developing innovative sourcing strategies for current and future needs.
- Previous in-house recruitment experience, with a track record of hiring across multiple business functions.
- Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently, including sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
- A data-driven mindset, using insights and metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and support strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and gain trust at all levels.
- A proactive and creative approach to hiring, employing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
- A commitment to fostering collaboration, inclusion, and excellence in all aspects of talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms to build and manage talent pipelines effectively.
- Previous experience with Lever (ATS).
- Experience hiring in the Health Tech sector or other innovative, growth-focused industries.
