Workpattern: Monday to Friday, full time permanent (40 hrs per week)
Location: Hyrbid - 1 day a week in London office

Problemshared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.
The role:
To drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives by managing projects end-to-end, facilitating collaboration across teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role plays a key part in shaping operational improvements and supporting informed decision-making through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
In this role you will:
- Support the delivery of strategic projects – working across the delivery lifecycle as needed, from strategy through to implementation
- Develop, execute and maintain high-level strategic project plans to provide status updates for the senior leadership team on key business initiatives; partnering with key stakeholders to define and document the scope and target outcomes
- Identify risks and issues associated with strategic projects and operations, suggesting appropriate mitigants and escalations where needed.
- Design and facilitate workshops and working groups to elicit feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and optimisation of processes.
- Work independently and with business leads to design recommended solutions (either operationally or technically) to any requirements identified.
What we are looking for:
- Recent and demonstrable experience in operational, process or organisational design and related change management activities, ideally from a consulting background / scale up business
- Solutions based thinking through effectively collaborative communication and stakeholder management skills, and influence outcomes at all levels right up to C-suite level
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly numerate with an analytical approach to identify project risks to make data-driven decisions
- Proactive and adaptable common sense approach, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
