This is a unique opportunity to combine your analytical skills with your passion for inclusive education. You’ll be the go-to lead for SEND operational data, working closely with our Business Intelligence team, Finance, Technology, schools and health professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and reconciling complex data sets using tools like Power BI and financial dashboards created by our Business Intelligence team.
- Supporting the delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) through accurate and timely data reporting.
- Collaborating with finance, commissioning, and education teams to ensure effective resource planning.
- Supporting SEND place planning and financial forecasting.
- Providing insightful reports that influence strategic decisions and improve outcomes for children and families.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Educated to degree level or has significant experience in management information.
- Experienced in working with SEND data, financial systems, and multi-agency teams.
- A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Passionate about inclusive education and committed to improving the lives of children and young people.
