Job Description
The Agile Product Owner & Delivery Lead is a brand-new role for the Business Intelligence team at Heathrow which can be based in Glasgow or London. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Agile Product Owner with a strong background in enterprise data and analytics to join our team and get the chance to work with cutting edge technology.
This role focuses on driving data-led initiatives that support business operations, while also helping to build a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. You will be responsible for managing and delivering analytic, data and AI products into the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who brings experience in enterprise systems — particularly Oracle Cloud applications — and is looking for a dual role where they can balance strategic product leadership with coaching and leading colleagues.

Working location
Your contractual place of work will either be the Heathrow Business Services Centre in Glasgow, or Heathrow in London so you'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to work.
We also have some hybrid roles which offer the opportunity for colleagues to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process.

Job Description
The Agile Product Owner & Delivery Lead is a brand-new role for the Business Intelligence team at Heathrow which can be based in Glasgow or London. Your role will involve
- Being the Product Owner within the Business Services function who will own the Product Roadmap of our Oracle FDI analytics developments. You will lead the Agile driven design and delivery of data and analytics products that support key business functions such as Finance and HR.
- Working closely with the development, data management and test teams to produce state of the art analytics outputs including dashboards, AI and Machine Learning, across Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Driving Agile delivery using Microsoft Azure DevOps (or similar tools) to manage backlogs, plan work, monitor Kanban boards and ensure smooth product delivery.
- Working with the analytics team to design solutions that will facilitate the on-going requirements for advanced analytics insights and AI within the wider business.
- Leading career development, building the team, providing guidance, setting standards, and leveraging expertise to deliver better business outcomes.
- Very strong experience in Agile methodology and all aspects of running Agile projects.
- An effective manager, communicator and able to translate complex ideas and concepts and communicate them at many levels including technical teams, Finance leadership & senior business stakeholders.
- Previous team lead or senior-level grade experience.
- Strong track record of delivery within large analytics or data projects, ideally using Oracle toolsets.
