We are seeking a commercially savvy and data-driven Affiliates Lead to lead our affiliate marketing strategy globally. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth and brand visibility for the Elemis D2C website through high-performing affiliate partnerships. Reporting into the Global Head of Paid Media, this role will be responsible for managing our affiliate network, optimising performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and effective execution of campaigns.
What Will You Do?
- Own and evolve the global affiliate marketing strategy in line with overall D2C business goals.
- Develop, manage, and optimise relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and platforms.
- Identify and recruit high-potential new affiliates, influencers, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on affiliate performance and ROI across multiple markets.
- Leverage data to optimise campaigns and ensure budget is allocated effectively for maximum return.
- Regularly test and iterate creatives, commission structures, and promotions to improve KPIs.
- Work closely with the eCommerce, analytics, CRM, and creative teams to ensure alignment across all D2C channels.
- Own the affiliate budget, including planning, forecasting, and tracking performance.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving growth and efficiency targets.
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or luxury consumer sectors.
- Proven success managing affiliate programs at scale, with a strong understanding of global affiliate platforms
- Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, BI platforms, or similar.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into action.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing six-figure marketing budgets.
