Apleona are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Procurement to lead our UK procurement strategy. In this senior leadership role, you'll manage high-value supplier relationships, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance across our procurement operations. If you're a strong communicator with strategic vision and a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement UK-wide procurement strategy
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing procurement team
  • Manage multi-million-pound budgets and strategic sourcing
  • Build strong supplier partnerships and oversee contract management
  • Ensure procurement compliance and support audit processes

What You Will Bring

  • A degree in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain or a technical field CIPS or equivalent certification (desirable)
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in procurement, ideally within UK facilities management
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and compliance Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • A commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and continuous improvement
