Mediplacements are currently recruiting for an experienced band 6 Microbiology Biomedical Scientist to work in a laboratory in Surrey.

This is a full:time position due to start as soon as possible with a pay rate of up to GBP29 per hour.

The ideal candidate will be HCPC registered and have experience working within a Microbiology laboratory and be able to hit the ground running in a fast:paced environment.

This role is for an experienced HCPC registered BMS with cognitive bacteriology bench experience including being conversant with EUCAST antibiotic guidelines, plate reading, microscopy and general good medical laboratory skills.

Successful candidate must have experience in Bacteriology.
