Barclays are seeking a Transformation Program Manager. This is a business-led transformation role focused on implementing custom, proprietary workflow capabilities—with a view toward automation and future AI integration. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering strategic business solutions, working cross- functionally with senior stakeholders, analysts and rotating grads.

Accountabilities
To be successful as a Transformation Program Manager, you should have:
- Project management experience, ideally within financial services or lending transformation initiatives.
- A deep understanding of workflow design, process simplification, and AI-capable solutions.
- Background in building proprietary tools, preferably from the Business Analyst or Product Owner route.
- Experience working with Salesforce and knowledge of Loan IQ.

Accountabilities
- Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.
- Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
- Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.
- To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures..
