General Manager - Up to 50k plus bonus.

We’re looking for a General Manager that screams "canal-side cool" to drive the business by the driving the fun at The Lockhouse, in Paddington Basin. This contemporary pub has 13 beers on draft, serves great cocktails, and is the go-to after work spot for our regulars- who chose us because despite the modern look, at heart we are a simply a blooming great pub! At The Lockhouse, Thursday is the new Friday and Wednesday is the new Thursday. We're looking for someone that has a great touch with people - who is willing to get their face out there, make connections and network with our neighbours in and around Paddington Basin. Currently Open 6 days a week, with huge potential for growth on the weekends, we are looking for a General Manager with creative flair to drive sales and make this waterside after work spot the go-to social spot along the water.

Running a Pub for Young's:
