The Opportunity

We are looking for a PA to join our Business Support team. The role is based in our office in London, Mayfair. Due to the nature of the role, we need someone to be in the office 5 days a week.

Role Purpose

The role will report to and provide PA support primarily to a senior member of our Management Committee (our executive team). The role holder will also handle some office administration / business support responsibilities, stepping in to cover other Premises / Business Admin colleagues as required. Over time, the successful candidate will be expected to take on PA responsibilities for additional senior leaders in London as our presence here grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and efficient PA service to executive level colleague(s) including diary management, travel booking, expenses and administrative support.
  • Business Management: greeting visitors, ensuring that catering supplies are replenished, accepting deliveries, restocking stationery etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have strong experience of working as Personal Assistant, ideally in Financial Services or other professional services environment.
  • Flexibility - a willingness to play your part in the smooth running of the Mayfair office beyond pure PA activity is essential.
  • Strong work ethic - used to working ‘against the clock.’
  • Strong relationship management - able to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders and agendas.
  • Communication skills – able to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation.
  • Highly organised - able to prioritise and escalate effectively.z
  • Teamwork – able to work effectively as a member of the PA and Business Support team to ensure seamless cover and support for key stakeholders.
