We’re looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our new premium ride-hailing vertical. This role is at the core of building a best-in-class experience for our high-end riders and partners, with a strong emphasis on quality operations, partner experience, and marketplace performance.

About The Role

You’ll take ownership of operational excellence across multiple cities and lead initiatives that drive service quality, partner satisfaction, and sustainable growth. This role demands a strong entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Support, Legal, and Marketing to deliver operational excellence. As the vertical grows, you may also mentor or oversee junior team members, contributing to a high-performing ops function.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive initiatives to deliver a consistently high-quality experience for customers and partners by setting and upholding operational standards across all key touchpoints.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and processes to manage and improve fleet and driver quality, while monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement.
  • Identify local bottlenecks and opportunities, designing and implementing effective solutions in collaboration with central and local teams.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with fleet partners to ensure alignment on business goals, performance targets, and long-term success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Legal, and Marketing to localize and implement strategic projects that support growth and sustainability.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence by supporting internal teams and partners, taking on varied operational challenges with a startup mindset, and mentoring junior team members as needed.


About you:

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, mobility, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • You’re highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • You’re detail-oriented and have a strong sense of ownership – you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • You’re a clear and confident communicator, fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and adapting priorities in a dynamic environment.
