Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager - Financial Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and growth of strategic financial partnerships that strengthen World of Hyatt, our award-winning loyalty program, across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

You will drive high-impact initiatives with financial institutions that deepen member engagement, grow revenue, and enhance brand value across diverse markets. This role collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to deliver measurable results.

The Manager - Financial Partnerships is part of the Commercial Services team, reporting to the Director of Partnerships and working closely with team members across marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams.

The role is based in Germany, Spain or the United Kingdom with periodic travel required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of financial partnership offerings, including co-branded products and financial services collaborations
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships: from opportunity identification to launch, performance tracking, and optimization
  • Analyze program performance using data and market insights to tailor offerings to local customer behavior and regulatory environments
  • Manage multi-market P&Ls and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to increase revenue and member value
  • Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns with partners, overseeing marketing funds and initiatives that drive Hyatt spend
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote regional partnerships, generating incremental loyalty program engagement
  • Streamline internal processes to improve operational efficiency and partnership scalability across regions

Your Qualifications & Experiences

  • Extensive experience in product management and/or partnerships, ideally in financial services or hospitality, with international or multi-market exposure
  • Proven experience in partner relationship management, including negotiation and contract oversight
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
  • Knowledge of loyalty program models and financial regulations in the EU/UK
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing (email, digital, print); experience with partner-led channels is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage change, and navigate ambiguity
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
