The role:

The Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for managing key online marketing channels with a focus on but not limited to SEO and PPC. With the support of Direct Marketing Manager, the Digital Analytics and Optimisation Manager, the PMM will be responsible for but not limited to managing the relationships with the PPC and SEO agencies to drive traffic from these key performance marketing channels.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for planning and executing the digital performance marketing strategy focusing on PPC and SEO. Working closely with trade, technical and marketing teams to deliver commercial and brand business objectives.
  • Work with external agency to assist with daily management of global PPC accounts across platforms including but not limited to writing and approving ads, keywords, and providing content etc.
  • Coordinate growth of PPC channel including but not limited through additional campaigns, site links messaging and PLAs.
  • Work with SEO agency to continually improve and optimise site for SEO and work with eCommerce team to implement this. Work with SEO agency to increase outreach and engagement, driving brand awareness and advocacy. Work with Marketing Team to develop Content Marketing Strategy to drive new traffic and revenue acquisition as well as brand awareness.
  • Work with the Product Owners to perform and implement fixes from technical site audits and ensure product feeds are optimized for all digital marketing channels.
  • Research market trends, new technologies, and new opportunities. Work with online and wider marketing teams to brainstorm new creative growth strategies. Monitoring digital marketing best practices and ensuring legal compliance. Collaborate with agencies and other external stakeholders

What you will need:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • 4 years' minimum experience in Digital Marketing role including strong focus on PPC and SEO
  • Preferred experience within a luxury retail environment.
