What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated, methodical, and versatile Project Manager to join our BIMS professional services team and deliver successful project outcomes for our clients and the business. In this role, you’ll combine expertise in project management practices, deep familiarity with workflow tooling and automated reporting, and a strong customer-centric approach.

You will manage multiple projects at the same time, including client onboardings, enhancements for existing clients, and internal initiatives. You will ensure best practices and KPIs are adopted across the group to ensure a high quality, consistent experience for all our clients.

You will have traditional and agile project management experience. Able to have impact and lead the conversation throughout the delivery process and create and improve on delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of client projects (inception to installation), coordinating with sales, systems engineering, product development, and additional cross-functional teams to ensure successful, on-time delivery of BIMS solutions.
  • Build rapport and confidence with clients, leading conversations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; proactively identify and address business opportunities to drive revenue growth and faster revenue recognition.
  • Utilize performance metrics, data analysis, reporting dashboards and capacity management tools to inform project actions, improve resource planning, and optimize billing and revenue recognition processes.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery and user training, drive process standardization and continuous improvement across initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and standardize efficient JIRA workflows and create comprehensive, automated reporting (using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce and AI) to deliver strategic, actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Refine the delivery model, bringing in agile practices, ceremonies and artefacts where required.
  • Adopt a proactive, ownership and solution driven approach, working both independently and collaboratively with broader teams to drive positive, measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide aggregated reporting on projects, including status, milestones, risks and issues, and financials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Financial Services, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise implementing workflow solutions and automation using platforms such as JIRA, Power BI, Salesforce and AI technologies.
  • Experience in maintaining effective processes in capacity/resource management and data-driven reporting.
  • Strong communication, and client-facing skills with a track record of building client trust and delivering referenceable business value.
  • Proactive mindset, continuously seek to create positive impact and measurable differences across initiatives
  • Ability to build consensus, solve complex problems, and guide or mentor colleagues as needed.
