- Analyse performance metrics to optimise strategy and improve results
- Stay on top of social media trends and platform updates to ensure best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotions

- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or communities
- Strong understanding of personal development, leadership, or mindset content (bonus, not required)

- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
