Part-Time Junior Client Service Analyst - #2076996

We’re working with a modern and fast-growing financial planning firm looking to hire their first Client Services Associate on a part-time basis.

Founded by two senior investment professionals from institutional investment management backgrounds, the business has built strong momentum in its first year and is continuing to grow its client base steadily. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a genuinely important role in the evolution of the business.

The founders are looking for someone hands-on, organised and calm under pressure — someone who enjoys getting stuck in and helping things run smoothly day-to-day. The role will initially focus on client servicing and operational support, but there is significant scope for responsibility and progression as the business grows.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting day-to-day client servicing activities
2. Managing client communications and follow-ups
3. Assisting with onboarding and administrative processes
4. Keeping client records and updates organised
5. Helping ensure a smooth and professional client experience

The ideal profile:

1. A recent graduate or similar, with experience and interestwithin financial advice, wealth management or asset management
2. Understanding of the financial planning / investment management industry
3. Strong communication and organisational skills
4. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
6. Someone dependable who can take ownership and “get things done”

Additional details:

1. Part-time role (3 days per week)
2. Fully flexible working arrangement
3. Meetings typically held in co-working spaces across London
4. Potential to transition into a full-time role as the business continues to scale
