THE ROLE

We're recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist / Front of House professional for a 6-month FTC at the London Global HQ of an award-winning, internationally recognised professional services firm.

Shifts flex between 7am–7pm across Wednesday, Friday and Friday — with the occasional overtime opportunity if you want it.

This is front of house reception done properly. Think hotel-style concierge service, seamless meeting room coordination, and being the face that every client remembers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Meeting and greeting clients to a genuinely world-class standard — in person and virtually Running a hotel-style concierge service (taxis, restaurant recommendations, the works) Coordinating meeting rooms end-to-end: bookings, catering, AV, and all requirements Being the go-to expert for key client meetings and events Liaising with facilities, catering and tech teams to keep everything running smoothly Supporting the events and business development teams Keeping all client areas immaculate and beautifully presented Handling booking conflicts and competing demands with calm professionalism

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential: Previous corporate reception experience

Strong communicator at all levels

Confident MS Office user

Experience with a hospitality/booking system (Condeco or Eptura ideal)

Cool under pressure and great at building instant rapport

You'll be someone who genuinely loves the front of house environment — proactive, polished, and passionate about the detail.
