You'll have the opportunity to:
- Shape Data & AI opportunities across complex healthcare environments
- Engage senior stakeholders to define problems and design solution approaches
- Influence bids, proposals, and go-to-market offerings
- Lead the design and assurance of large-scale data and AI solutions
- Contribute to thought leadership in healthcare data and AI
- Mentor and develop consultants within a growing practice
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales
- Lead discovery sessions and exploratory workshops with senior stakeholders
- Shape early-stage opportunities and support qualification activities
- Develop compelling, solution-led proposals and presentations
- Act as a trusted advisor across healthcare organisations
- Lead or assure the design of complex data and AI solutions
- Take ownership of data architecture across delivery programmes
- Define data models, data flows, governance frameworks, and transformation strategies
- Provide technical leadership and assurance across delivery teams
- Advise on platform selection and data operating models
- Develop reusable accelerators and offerings aligned to healthcare data and AI
- Support go-to-market proposition development
- Contribute to industry engagement and knowledge sharing
- Track emerging trends in healthcare data and AI
- Apply new tools and approaches to improve solution quality
- Lead and mentor individuals across the Data & AI practice
- Experience operating as a Data or AI consultant in client-facing environments, including pre-sales and opportunity shaping
- Strong expertise across core data architecture disciplines, including:
- Data modelling
- Data transformation and migration
- Metadata management
- Data governance
- Proven track record delivering or assuring large-scale Data or AI programmes within healthcare or the public sector
- Experience providing technical leadership across complex delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience up to Director and C-suite level
- Broad understanding of modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, analytics, and AI/ML
- Experience across the full sales lifecycle, from shaping through to proposal and close
- National-scale healthcare data and AI transformation programmes
- Healthcare data standards and interoperability (e.g. FHIR, HL7, SNOMED)
- Secure and research-focused data environments
- Practical applications of AI, including emerging GenAI use cases
- Large-scale public sector delivery and procurement models
- Development of reusable assets, accelerators, and go-to-market offerings
