A global consulting and technology giant is hiring for a Lead Microsoft Security Architect to play a key role in shaping, selling and delivering large-scale Microsoft Security solutions across enterprise clients.

This is a senior, high-impact position combining presales leadership, solution ownership and technical authority, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and sales leadership.

What you'll be responsible for as a Lead Microsoft Security Architect:
  • Owning the design and delivery of Microsoft Security solutions across complex enterprise environments
  • Leading presales activity, shaping end-to-end security propositions and supporting large, multi-million-pound deals
  • Acting as a trusted security advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating risk and technical detail into clear business value
  • Defining and evolving security offerings and go-to-market solutions aligned to Microsoft's security portfolio
  • Supporting and mentoring architects and delivery teams, setting technical direction and ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Representing the security practice internally and externally, contributing to thought leadership and market presence
About the Candidate

The right Lead Microsoft Security Architect should have:
• Strong experience operating at Architect / Senior Manager level within security consulting or professional services
• Proven enterprise presales experience, supporting deals typically ranging from £3m to £6m+
• Deep, hands-on expertise across the Microsoft security stack,
• The ability to articulate an end-to-end security value proposition, covering strategy, delivery and managed services
• Confidence engaging with C-suite and senior technology leaders
• Experience designing and leading large-scale security transformation programmes
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, growth-focused mindset
