An exciting opportunity for a talented 3D Designer to join a growing creative agency delivering world-class exhibition, experiential and retail projects for some of the most recognisable brands and events across the globe.

This is a unique opportunity for either an experienced 3D Designer looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside the Creative Director, you'll play a key role in shaping creative concepts, developing immersive brand experiences, and helping to build and evolve the agency's internal design function during an exciting period of growth.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, this creative agency is looking to add an experienced 3D Designer to its growing design team.

Working closely with the Creative Director and wider studio, you'll develop creative concepts and high-quality visualisations for exhibition, experiential and retail projects.

With a strong focus on creativity and concept development, you'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, helping to transform client briefs into engaging brand experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating innovative 3D concepts for exhibitions, experiential activations and retail environments

• Producing high-quality visualisations and presentation materials

• Interpreting client briefs and developing creative design solutions

• Collaborating with internal teams to support project delivery

• Creating technical drawings where required

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Researching emerging trends, technologies and AI tools within design

• Supporting the continued growth and development of the design team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within exhibitions, experiential or an event agency

The business is particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate strong creativity, conceptual thinking and the ability to create compelling visual experiences. You will need to have experience from concept through to execution.

Candidates should possess:

• Previous experience within exhibitions, experiential, events, retail design or related sectors

• Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills

• Experience producing creative concepts and presentation visuals

• Excellent spatial awareness and environmental design understanding

• Confidence working across multiple projects and deadlines

• A collaborative and proactive approach

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• An interest in emerging technologies and AI within the creative process

Experience using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Vectorworks or similar 3D design packages would be highly advantageous; however, the agency is open regarding software backgrounds and is primarily focused on finding the right creative individual with strong design capability and a willingness to learn.
