Via is supporting our client to recruit an Enterprise Account Executive for a high-growth cybersecurity software business.


This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced SaaS sales professional to join a company operating at the forefront of identity security, helping organisations strengthen their security posture while enabling secure collaboration across their workforce.


With six-figure earning potential, a highly regarded product and significant market demand, this role is ideal for ambitious Account Executives who enjoy building pipeline, managing complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level opportunities.


Location: UK

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 basic

OTE: £180,000 - £240,000 uncapped

Working Pattern: Remote – with occasional travel to the London office

Start Date: ASAP


Your Opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a book of business.

You'll own your territory from day one, driving new customer acquisition and building relationships with senior stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise organisations.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Generating new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract signature.
  • Building relationships with technical, operational and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Creating compelling business cases and value propositions for prospective customers.
  • Navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes.
  • Applying a structured qualification methodology throughout the sales cycle.
  • Managing proof-of-concept and evaluation processes.
  • Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, Legal and Leadership teams to accelerate deal progression.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Creating a strong foundation for future customer growth, retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Contributing to a high-performance culture focused on learning, collaboration and success.


About You

We're looking for a proven enterprise sales professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced technology environment.


You'll ideally have:

  • Five or more years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software or IT solutions.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and territory development skills.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • A structured sales approach and familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience using platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar sales technologies.
  • The ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business value.


Experience That Would Set You Apart:

  • Cybersecurity or identity management sales experience.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards or enterprise security architectures.
  • Experience selling into enterprise organisations.
  • Exposure to open-source software or developer-focused technologies.
  • Strong technical curiosity and the ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
