An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR/OD Business Partner to join a large, complex and highly respected organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme.
This is a strategic and high-profile role where you will work at the heart of a major organisational change initiative, supporting leaders through transformation, driving consistency in people practices and developing leadership capability across multiple business areas.
The Opportunity
As a Senior HR/OD Business Partner, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, partnering with HR colleagues, programme teams and organisational development specialists to deliver complex people and change initiatives.
You will provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce change, engagement and employee relations matters while also leading the development and delivery of learning and development interventions that support leaders and managers through periods of change.
This role offers the opportunity to influence organisation-wide transformation while helping to build an inclusive, high-performing and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support complex organisational change programmes, including restructures and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR and organisational development advice.
- Drive consistency and best practice across multiple business areas and stakeholder groups.
- Oversee organisational design and change processes, ensuring effective planning, governance and delivery.
- Support and coach HR colleagues and leadership teams through change and transformation.
- Design and implement leadership, management and capability development programmes.
- Develop learning pathways and interventions that support behavioural change and leadership effectiveness.
- Use people data and insight to identify trends, inform decision-making and measure impact.
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion throughout organisational change activity.
- Build strong relationships across a complex stakeholder environment and influence at all levels.
Essential experience
- Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner, People Partner or Organisational Development role.
- Expertise in organisational change, restructures, workforce planning and organisational design.
- Experience managing complex transformation programmes and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership, management or organisational development initiatives.
- Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- A collaborative approach with the resilience and credibility to operate effectively in a fast-paced change environment.
- A strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Experience working within a matrix organisation would be advantageous.
