This role requires a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver key initiatives within a faith-based charity in the not-for-profit sector. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and KPIs
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational and sector-specific regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future improvements.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A proven track record in managing complex projects within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Job Offer
