A boutique investment firm is seeking a bright, organised and personable second jobber to join as a Team Assistant, supporting a busy, collaborative team and acting as the first point of contact for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel booking
  • Meeting coordination and scheduling
  • First point of contact for clients and investors
  • Office and facilities support
  • Support with processing expenses, and supplier invoices
  • Document preparation, printing, binding, and digital filing
  • CRM updates
  • Event coordination
  • Support with onboarding, equipment setup, and starter/leaver processes
Candidate Profile
  • 1 years’ experience in a Team Assistant/FOH/PA or similar role
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • Discreet, reliable, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
This role is paying up to £40k DOE, plus benefits, and it is office based 5 days a week.
