  • Management of the Global Administration function - responsible for offices, facilities, and services - across the organisation (currently 8 offices).
  • Reporting into the Chief Operations Officer the role will support in the daily running of the operations and liaising with Head of Departments to achieve business success.

Description

(i) Management of the Global Administration function - responsible for offices, facilities, and services - across the organisation (currently 8 offices);

(ii) The efficient and professional operation of the London headquarters, overseeing a facilities manager to ensure high standards and disciplined execution (and replicating that work globally);

(iii) Working with HR and Corporate Operations on London team engagement and management, individually and collectively.


The role requires someone with excellent corporate intelligence, who is a systems-thinker and process-builder as well as problem-solver.

Profile

  • Proven Leadership: Experience in a senior management, operations, or strategic consulting role.
  • Executive Exposure: Extensive experience working directly with C-suite executives, boards of directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Project Delivery: Track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Change Management: Experience driving organisational change, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
